Lamp Rynearson

Joe Flaxbeard is a civil engineer and senior project manager working in the Design Group at Lamp Rynearson.  Joe is the project manager for the Heartwood Preserve development’s platting, grading and public improvements, working to deliver the civil infrastructure for clients, Applied Underwriters and S.I.D. 583 of Douglas County.

Joe has been at Lamp Rynearson for 14 years where he has served as an engineer and project manager on a variety of projects including residential, commercial, redevelopment and infrastructure projects.  He is involved with the American Council of Engineering Companies, and volunteers on the boards for Omaha Street School and Skutt Catholic High School.
