Steve Scheuber CBO of FSC Edge

Mr. Scheuber is the Chief Business Officer for FSC Edge, a Group Luminess company, and has been with them for 9 years.  He is responsible for all North America business development, sales, and contract management.

With more than 39 years’ experience tackling technical and business challenges, he has deep experience as a technologist, system integration engineer, senior P&L manager, and successful business development specialist.  He enjoys helping clients succeed by finding the sweet spot between client challenges and Group Luminess solutions with transformative approaches that make a real difference.

His business development responsibilities include proposal development (written and oral presentations), partnerships/teaming, pricing, negotiations, program launch, and mentoring other senior leaders in the same.

Mr. Scheuber was responsible for the 2021 award of a $1.4B contract to serve the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and establishment of a new corporate headquarters at 138th and Chandler Road large enough for 500 people.

Before FSC Edge, he spent 7 years with CACI, 19 years with Northrop Grumman, and 4 years as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force.

His degrees include:

  • BS in Computer science from Southern Illinois University with a minor in math
  • Masters of Science in Organizational Management from Bellevue University

He’s Married to Patty Scheuber, wife of 39 years, and they have 3 adult children and one grandchild.  They reside at Hanson Lake 2 in Bellevue. Steve is a member of Rotary International (Suburban Omaha) and Chairman of the 2022/3 Community Service Committee.
