Neeraj is the CEO of Modus Coworking and a real estate developer with Clarity. As a real estate developer, Neeraj has developed and is in the process of developing an approximately $500,000,000 of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial projects since 2014. Neeraj's primary focus is on tax credit projects, specifically,  affordable housing and historic renovations. Neeraj and Clarity's Omaha projects includes multiple mixed-use projects in the Blackstone District in partnership with Greenslate Development such as Blackstone Corner, the Colonial Apartments, and Blackstone Station and Union.  Neeraj is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin Law School.
