A few reminders about the Rotary Program Schedule.

Rotary Program Schedule

The schedule for Rotary programs is listed in the "Speakers" tab at the top of our home page.

When you schedule programs, it is suggested that you give the speaker the following information:

The Millard Rotary Club meets at the German American Society, 3717 South 120th Street, on Monday's at noon, on the main level in the North Hall.
The speaker should plan to arrive a few minutes before noon to set up. Lunch will be served at noon and his/her program will commence at about 12:30pm.
The program should last about 20 minutes plus an additional 5-10 minutes for questions. The program must be concluded no later than 1:00pm so members can get back to their businesses.
If the speaker needs audio-visual equipment, the German American Society has an LCD projector and screen. The speaker will need to provide their own laptop.
